WHO WE ARE
ZHONGSHAN NCA CO., LTD. located in Torch development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, China, was established in 1999. The company is specialized in developing, producing and sales of the automatic packaging machine and other special order-made equipments. The company is ‘Guangdong Province high-tech enterprise’ and ‘Zhongshan City key equipment manufacturing enterprise’.
NCA aim is: people-oriented, development and innovation, to provide customers with the maximum efficiency of automation equipment and services.
NCA established ‘Zhongshan City automatic flexible packaging equipment engineering technology and researching center’, which possesses a group of experts and senior engineers worked more than 10years in different field of mechanics, electronic, hydraulics and optics, possesses the experience for developing and designing the flexible packaging large automatic equipments. NCA possesses ten thousands of square meters of workshops and more than 60 sets of advanced processing equipments and testing equipments; possesses a group of the skillful and dedicated workers for the machining and assembling of the machine. Since 2008, the company has always maintained the ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Certificate. These conditions ensure that the company has comprehensive processing production capacity and complete quality assurance system.
NCA designs, develops and produces ‘Automatic Pouch Spout Inserter’, ‘Laminated Film Automatic Bag Making Machine’, ‘Laser Line Cutting Device on Flexible Films & Bags’, ‘Laminated Soft Tube Making Production Line’ and etc automatic flexible packaging devices, already exported to Europe, Australia, North America, South America, Africa, Asia, more than 40 countries and areas, become the domestic key enterprise for developing and manufacturing flexible packaging equipment.
NCA designed special order-made equipments for more than ten well-known companies, such as P&G, CTS, Wrigley in USA, Canon, SUMITOMO in Japan and some are the first in the field in China.
NCA is ‘Zhongshan city intellectual property rights demonstration’, possessed more than 70 terms of invention and utility model patents in China, including 13terms of invention patents; possessed a number of ministerial, provincial and municipal identification of scientific and technological achievements; Won the second prize of Guangdong province science and technology progress, Guangdong province patent excellence award, the first and second prize of Zhongshan city science and technology progress, Zhongshan City patent gold award etc.
